Reports

Monitoring reports give your team (or your customers’ account managers) a clean PDF summary of a period: overall uptime percentage, total downtime, number of services, incidents, alerts fired, average incident duration, and the longest outage.

Reports are a plan feature. Manage them under Monitoring → Reports.

A report for the previous calendar month is generated automatically at the start of each month — no setup required beyond having the feature.

Under Report Recipients you choose which Project members automatically receive every generated report by email (PDF attached). Non-members can’t be recipients — forward the PDF or generate one for them instead. With no recipients configured, reports are still generated and stay available for download in the dashboard.

Generate Report creates a report for a custom range:

  • The range picker offers presets (last 1 / 7 / 30 / 90 days) and custom ranges in days, weeks, or months.
  • Reports cover whole days (UTC) — the minimum range is 24 hours, the maximum one year.
  • Requesting a range that was already generated returns the existing report instead of creating a duplicate.
