Get Started with TrustCaptcha
The following steps are required to integrate TrustCaptcha CAPTCHA into your website.
Create a CAPTCHA
Section titled “Create a CAPTCHA”Follow these steps to create a new CAPTCHA:
Sign in: If you already have a TrustCaptcha account, sign in here. If you don’t have an account yet, please create a new user account here.
Choose a CAPTCHA: You need a CAPTCHA for the next steps. If you don’t have a CAPTCHA yet, create a new CAPTCHA. Of course, you can also use an existing one.
Add your website: In the security settings of the CAPTCHA settings, enter the domains or IP addresses of the websites on which you want to integrate the CAPTCHA.
You can get started right away with a paid CAPTCHA and use it immediately without restrictions and for commercial purposes. If you would like to familiarize yourself with TrustCaptcha first, feel free to use the 14-day trial version. We also offer a free “Non Commercial“ plan with 1 website and up to 500 free verifications for non-commercial websites and projects.
Integration into a CMS or platform
Section titled “Integration into a CMS or platform”For some content management systems or platforms, we offer ready-made plugins and extensions that cover most classic use cases. The following CMS and platform integrations are currently available:
Native integration
Section titled “Native integration”If you want to integrate CAPTCHA natively into an environment, please familiarize yourself with the technical concept of TrustCaptcha first.
Now integrate the CAPTCHA widget into your frontend. First, read the CAPTCHA widget overview. Then start with the actual integration. The following frontend integrations are currently available:
Then send the verification token to your backend, retrieve the verification result, and validate it. Next, determine your next steps based on the result.

Migration from another CAPTCHA
Section titled “Migration from another CAPTCHA”If you want to migrate from another CAPTCHA provider to TrustCaptcha, you basically have to remove all code from the old CAPTCHA and replace it with TrustCaptcha. For some CAPTCHA providers, you can select the appropriate migration instructions directly:

Security rules: You can find many security settings for your CAPTCHA in the CAPTCHA settings. These include, for example, authorized websites, CAPTCHA bypass for specific IP addresses, bypass keys, IP based blocking, geoblocking, individual difficulty and duration of the CAPTCHA, and much more.
